VIETNAM – INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR

JOB SUMMARY

Our Vietnam team is looking for a Tour Operator Inbound to join our dynamic office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will handle bookings, coordinate travel services, and ensure seamless tour execution for our international clients traveling across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Booking: Process tour requests and book travel services (transportation, hotels, restaurants, flights, and sightseeing).
• Tour Operations: Monitor live itineraries, coordinate closely with tour guides, and handle emerging issues promptly.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain good relationships with suppliers to negotiate optimal costs and ensure service quality.
• Settlement & Reporting: Complete tour settlements and submit required operational reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of inbound tour operations experience (M.I.C.E or tour guide background is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English (knowing a second foreign language is an advantage).
• Knowledge: Good understanding of Vietnam and Southeast Asian travel culture and destinations.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure.

• Compensation: Basic salary + monthly commission.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30).
